Made the homemade way
Every jar of Al-Qadeer pickle is prepared the way it is at home: in small batches, in very hygienic conditions, with whole spices and plenty of patience.
Olives and seasonal produce are cut, spiced and left to mature until the flavours come together, tangy, aromatic and full of crunch.
Spoon a little beside daal chawal, parathas or a simple sandwich and every meal gets a burst of traditional flavour.
