When you order, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and city, the products you buy and any order notes you provide. For wallet payments, we also receive the wallet number you choose to pay from. We keep order totals, payment references and status, and delivery information so we can manage your purchase.
How we use your information
We use these details to process payment, confirm and deliver your order, email your confirmation and invoice, answer questions, and handle cancellations, returns and refunds. We also use necessary records to prevent misuse and resolve payment or delivery disputes. Please avoid putting sensitive information in your order notes.
Payments and service providers
AssanPay processes online payments. We share the contact and order details needed to process your payment and receive its reference and status. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page, rather than in our checkout form. Do not send us your card details, PIN, OTP or banking password.
Our couriers receive the name, phone number and delivery details needed to deliver your parcel. Hosting and email providers process information needed to run the store and send order messages. We do not sell your personal information.
Browser storage and performance
The website stores your cart and coupon in your browser so they remain available between visits, and uses temporary browser storage for the card payment handoff. A draft article preview uses a temporary cookie when you open a preview link. We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance; it records technical performance information such as page timings, device and browser information. Third-party payment pages and services have their own privacy notices.
Retention and access
We retain order and payment records for fulfilment, customer support, refunds, dispute resolution and applicable record-keeping obligations. The period depends on the purpose and those obligations. Access is limited to authorised staff and service providers who need the information for their work. You can clear your saved cart through your browser’s site-data settings.
